Life and Death.
Even if the fit person dies from a freak heart attack at 25 and the unfit person dies at 80, (s)he leads a BETTER life than the unfit person, because the *quality* of life is better.
A good exercise program also allows you to sleep *less* and eat less (relatively speaking) than the unfit person.
