Former WWE superstar Marc Mero has a list of wrestlers he competed against who are dead. He admitted using steroids during his career. Steroid use can cause damage to your body. Mero says some wrestlers are using steroids today. He says there are ways some wrestlers use to pass a urine test. Wrestlers who use steroids will use shortcuts to pass the drug test to avoid suspension. Do you think steroid use can cause rages? Should this case go all the way to Congress? The doctor who prescribed the drugs to Chris Benoit and Johnny Grunge was arrested a few days ago and is now out on bond. He has an electronic device on his ankle. They said Johnny Grunge died of sleep apnea at age 40. You know that is not true. I guess we won’t get any more answers until the results of the toxicology report is available. Nancy and Daniel Benoit would be alive today if Chris didn’t use steroids.
I read on the internet that Chris Benoit and his family had drug cocktails prior to their deaths. They found traces of testesorone and Xanax in Benoit’s body.

I just woke up with a dry nose and dry throat. I could hardly breath through my nose and my throat felt tight. My heart was pumping. I was having a nightmare too.
I went for a sleep study test for sleep apnea. They said if I lost around 10 pounds it would help. They did not prescribe the sleep apnea device. However, another doctor said they did not do the entire test.
I have to be honest. I don’t’ know what I will do when I have colds and my nose is stuffed up. I feel my throat tightens sometimes. I also feel my bottom jaw is too small. I have to push it forward to breath correctly.

I can get 10 hours of sleep and still feel very tired in the morning, come to think about it, I don’t think I’ve woken up feeling refreshed in years. I had my tonsils out to prevent ‘obstructive sleep apnea‘ and it has helped with sore throats but hasn’t made my sleeping patterns any different. When I fall asleep, I stay asleep, rarely wake up and rarely move even though I am an extremely light sleeper always. I try to go to bed and wake up at the same times. It’s like I’m exhausted every single evening from a normal day. Do I have sleep apnea or could it be caused by smoking cigarettes?

I am 53, male, former smoker(I smoked for 19 years and quit in 1992). I do not drink.
I have epilepsy(since 1966), Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease(since birth), essential non-pulmonary hypertension, gastro-esophageal disease, BPH, complex central sleep apnea.
Could you please cite your sources for your answer, i.e., National Institute of Health, American Heart Association, etc. Thank you

About 3 years ago I did a sleep study and was found to have Obstructive sleep apnea. My 2nd sleep study about a year later after having surgery for a deviated septum and another surgery to remove my tonsils showed that I was having Central Sleep Apnea issues throughout the night. Not all night but at times. The sleep study tech looked shocked when she saw this. I later found out that Central Sleep Apnea isn’t that common. After the 1st sleep apnea study I was given a CPAP which I was compliant with but didn’t change a thing after more than 2 months of use. Not a thing changed health wise. I tried all the masks, full face, nose only, mouth only. I have about 5 or 6 different types of masks and while some work better than others none have worked. After doing some research I saw that people who aren’t compliant with CPAP or people who have Central Sleep Apnea do A LOT better with a BiPAP. Problem is my insurance doesn’t cover BiPAPs or meds for Central Sleep Apnea only CPAPs. Any suggestions other than getting a different insurance which isn’t possible at this time.
