also, could this help cure her sleep apnea? it kinda sounds like something from “House”, i know, but i need this answered right away!

I just woke up with a dry nose and dry throat. I could hardly breath through my nose and my throat felt tight. My heart was pumping. I was having a nightmare too.
I went for a sleep study test for sleep apnea. They said if I lost around 10 pounds it would help. They did not prescribe the sleep apnea device. However, another doctor said they did not do the entire test.

I have to be honest. I don’t’ know what I will do when I have colds and my nose is stuffed up. I feel my throat tightens sometimes. I also feel my bottom jaw is too small. I have to push it forward to breath correctly.
