What rights do I have as a patient of my dentist regarding services provided?
I asked my dentist to have a SnoreGuard created for me. This is a device that is used to treat Sleep Apnea. I paid over $700 out of pocket for this device. Now 18 months later, the new dentist as well as the Pulmonary doctor who diagnosed my Sleep Apnea, tell me that this is not a SnoreGuard and will do nothing to help my Sleep Apnea. I want my money back. This seems to me malpractice or bad service at best. What are my options?

You have a right to what you paid for. First, find out just what it is that you paid $700 for.
Why has it taken 18 months to find this out? I think your going to run into a problem because of the time frame.
